Return and exchange

Food And Travel Hong Kong Co. Ltd ("we" and "us") is the operator of thepropsdept.com ("Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these terms & conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect or faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with your order number, details of the product and a photo of the incorrect or faulty item within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused  and in its original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: - Beauty products that have been opened, tested or partially used - Drinks (Coffee and tea) - Flowers - Discounted items

Please note that you are responsible for all the shipping costs, taxes and duties (if applicable) related to the return.

Original postage would not be refunded (if any).

We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost in the return transit. You can always contact us for any return question at thepropsdepthk@gmail.com

In case of any dispute, Food And Travel Hong Kong Co.Ltd reserve the rights of final decision and shall have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret these Terms and Conditions. Any decision made by Food And Travel Hong Kong Co.Ltd shall be final.
