The Props Dept accepts the following payment methods
- Visa
- Master

Shipping And Delivery

1. When can i expect my order?

All domestic orders are shipped within 4-5 working days.

We ship every Tuesday. For international orders, shipping times vary according to the final destination. 

2. How can I track my order?

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email that include a link to track your order through the carrier.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We do. All orders are subjected to local custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties.

Returns And Refund

1. What should I do if there is an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. To get it sorted, please contact us at thepropsdepthk@gmail.com with the following info within 7 days of receipt:

  • Your name

  • Order Number

  • Product name

  • Image of the incorrect/ fault item
