Shipping Policy

  • Hong Kong & Macau Shipping

  • HK - Free shipping on all orders at HKD600 or above.

  • Macau - Free shipping on all orders at HKD1000 or above.

  • Flat shipping rate for each order is $50.

All the orders are shipped through SF Express within 4-5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship every Tuesday.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. In that event, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.


International Shipping

Shipping costs and times vary according to the final destination.

We offer delivery to your address via FedEx, DHL or SF Express within 4-20 business days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing times. Please note that The Props Dept is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs. Your order is shipped directly from our headquarters in Hong Kong.

Please also note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/ VAT. Import duties & taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. We will not be held responsible for duties & taxes and any additional charges. If you refuse to pay duties & taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customers expense. If the goods are back to us in good and unused condition, the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
